Take the flours in a mixing bowl.
Add butter n mix properly with fingertips.
When mixture resembles breadcrumbs add castor sugar n mix.
Add chilled water by adding 1 tablespoon at a time
Gather flour n make stiff dough like
Lightely grease tart moulds
Take a big ball from dough n roll a small puri n place in the mould
Prick dough in the mould by fork
Bake these tarts in pre heated oven at 180 c for 20 minutes or till crisp
Heat heavy cream in a pan
In another bowl take chocolates cut in to small cubes
As cream starts boiling add it to chocolate n mix to make it smooth
If any piece of chocolate remains microwave n mix
Chocolate ganache is ready
Cool the tarts n add cool chocolate ganache in it
Keep tarts in freeze for 2 to 3 hrs
Garnish with silver balls pista n serve
